Confidentiality

All problems are approached with equal importance and empathic understanding.  All information disclosed to me is kept confidential and I do not disclose clients details to any third party unless summoned to do so by law.

Should I feel a client is either a danger to themselves or others, I do reserve the right to inform outside agencies (eg their GP) but would not do so without, wherever possible, informing the client first.

This is in accordance with the International Society of Professional Counselors Code of Ethics, and applies to all therapies I deliver.
